 I think that there is more to this story that you are not willing to share. 
 I can't see telus just charging you $5000.00 worth of non existent charges. 
 How would that benefit them in the big picutre, $5000.00 to telus is 
 peanuts. 
  
 Did you happen to have teenagers in the house or a house guest that you were
