 Wow! That 19% interest rate is as high as some credit cards! Although some 
 (with rewards) can be higher! 
 You might be better off to look for an unsecured line of credit LOC from 
 either PC or  a bank. 
 We have one that costs about 6.5% (APR).  They may require you to make a 
 regular repayment,. monthly etc. to the LOC but that may be a good 
 discipline to get it repaid. And much cheaper than successive overdraft 
 charges each time you put through a billing against an overdrawn account; 
 plus that high interest! 
 High interest etc. is one way of making sure that everything you buy costs
