20 year perfect record (not even a parking ticket)...$1500 (full coverage)
 on a $7000 sunfire, 12 year perfect record...$1800 on a $6,000 mustang 6
cyl, 8 Year perfect record $1200 on a $9000 Ford minivan. Thats the 3 around
my desk. My own with a similar record is about $1300 on a $6000 Pontiac.

20%-25% is close enough for guestimate in the under-$10,000 car value
market. Anybody that spends more than 10G on transportation, regardless of
income, IMHO, needs thier head examined. At that point its more advantageous
to take taxi's and limo's. Come to think of it, ANYBODY who would take an
instant 30% loss of value for the "privelage" of buying new probably needs
 financial counciling.
