One has already been addressed by others, that is the fact that if you are really a serving member you can not help but know how harasement, sexual or otherwise, is dealt with in the CF. I will say no more about that. The second problem I have is with your use of the word 'racism'. You seem to be implying that there is racism in the CF, you even shouted the word giving it emphasis. You gave no example of racism being present or practised in the CF and I am wondering if you, like so many people today, are using that word in place of bigotry because you don't understand what racism really is. The simple dictionary meaning of racism is the advocacy of the superiority of a particular group, people or country based on race alone. Somehow I doubt that that advocacy would live within the CF for very long. Maybe what you are experiencing is simple bigotry, the obstinate and intolerent attachment to a cause, creed or opinion, which often leads to harasment.
