 My personal advice is below.

My suggestion would be that you deal with specific incidents directly with
the alleged perpetrator. Explain to the perpetrator that you do not
appreciate whatever comments/actions they are indulging in (and why you do
not appreciate it if necessary, however this is likely not required). This
type of response is most easily accomplished immediately when the event
 occurs.

If you cannot do this, and even after you have, contact your local harasment
advisor. Each unit has these individuals. Your unit Adjutant, and quite
frankly any of the unit officers (and most Sgts and Warrant Officers) will
be able to find these people for you. Ask someone you trust to link you up
with a Harrassment Advisor. The Harassment Advisors are almost invariably
well respected, very knowledgeable, and are effective conduits between the
complaintant, the harasser, and the chain of command when required. If
required your complaint will be directed to a Harassment Investigator.
These personnel are generally from all rank levels, I have seen Cpls through
to Capt/Major perform the role of HA (Harassment Advisor) and HI (Harassment
 Investigator).

Other persons / complaintants issues are quite frankly none of your
business. If you want advice, then ask for it. The unit Harassment Advisor
 is the best source.

If you want a compendium of harassment complaints I would suggest that you
 try through Access To Information.
