 Geeez, will you get real. Immigrants aren't faced with choosing 
 between joining up or their 3rd world country. Most (yes some 
 live elsewhere) of them are faced with choosing between living in 
 Toronto with it's ethnic cultural support and joining the 
 Canadian military and being transferred to God knows where. Hell 
 even your white high school graduate in Toronto isn't joining the 
 military. Although in his case it has more to do with the message 
 he's getting of the state of our military and the regard in which 
 it is held by our politicians.
