 Where do you get this stuff? I live in the Greater Toronto Area 
 so the people your talking about are my neighbours. Many of them 
 are highly qualified in their native country but delivering pizza 
 because they can't get certified to work by the Canadian 
 professional associations. This is of course the necesary 
 prequiste for employment in Canada and in the military. Many set 
 off to complete the procedures set up by their professional 
 bodies but historically the barrier has been set so high that few 
 pass over it. This has become an issue particularly in this time 
 of shortage of MD's.
