 Seems like this version of change is more than just another 
 "transformation." The top people in most major militaries are all 
 singing the same tune. Guess that gives greater credence to Hillier's 
 ideas.

 Doesn't sound like the Muslim extremists we see blowing things up in 
 Iraq, Spain, Britain etc. I'm following our efforts in Afghanistan
