 I am retired military and I like and feel comfortable with a simple 
 haircut, close but a little more generous than military style. 
  
 In the Toronto area I am finding it hard to get a simple haircut from a 
 "barber " vice "stylist" who charges a reasonable price for this 
 haircut. Best rate locally is $20.00 including tip and the barber ain't 
 no wiz. A local stylist charges $30.00 plus  tip, say $35.00 all told. 
 What's the going rate at most bases?
