 Perhaps this the years of pressure to "Pass cadets at all costs" finally 
 coming to bite us in the butt. 
  
 "We can't send Johnny/Suzie home even though they've failed 4 exams and 
 havent soloed in the 5 th week....we need to give them more time so their 
 mommies and daddies don't write letters to their members of parliament 
 complaining their spaz was singled out at glider camp because they shouldnt 
 be allowed near a runway let alone in a glider."
