 data and collection techniques that make it a lie.  And we know Canadian 
 politicians are in essense, professional liars. 
  
 In this cae, they pick a month where employment is typically at an ultru low 
 point due to seasonal conditions and billions of government squanding.  And 
 they only have a 0.1% GDP increase even with their fuged numbers?
