i'll ans them striaght down.

-about 14 i think.
-yes each has its own deck.
-yes snow and lawn
-coveres everything other then inside my 4 walls, including the padio door
and deck i was told.
-run by the condo board. not sure who they are really.
-my fee is ok considering where we are in the building. (Top floor, and
corner unit. 2 exposed walls.) thus lose a little more heat. and includes
heat and hot water and super on site.
