 It does not say you have to pay shipping.  It says they will not ship the 
 live lobster if they cannot guarantee next day delivery, instead they will 
 send gift certificate equivalent (either $50 or $100): 
  
 *Live lobster can only be shipped to areas where next day delivery can be 
 guaranteed. Shipping logistics to remote area in North Americaand beyond 
 will limit the prize to a gift certificate equivalent to the retail value of 
 the prize. Contest winner will be contacted by email MIAC prior to prize 
 being awarded to confirm shipping instructions. P.O. Box addresses will not
