 What on earth are you talking about.  No laws are voted on by the 
 people.  The people put representatives into parliament to do that. 
  
 Harper is speaking for a minority but his politics of deception and 
 constant repetition of insults and false accusations against Martin 
 and the liberals have confused many in the population.
