I am having a little trouble with your use of the word
"potential"....does it mean the same as "guilty until proven
innocent?"

15, 000 out of 2 million people were denied. Seems to me that it
penalizes a lot more honest people than catch the illegal ones that
would never register anyway. It was a very, very bad move....what I
wanted and could not find Penny was which province had the most
registered people/groups????After all, Alberta is mainly a farming
province so there are any number of farmers that have weapons...can
you see where I am going with this train of thought?
