 It took away a person's right to perhaps defend themselves in a time 
 when police officers seem to have no control over what is happening in 
 this country today. I always thought that was why we had officers but 
 lately it seems that they are way to busy with drugs, drug runners, 
 etc.etc.  Certainly not the general public.
