We had a quick draw and shoot pylons back in 1986 at the GVRD Destroyed
Barnet Rifle Club, using side holsters since some CFO said we couldn't use
shoulder harness stuff.
There was a comradery there, where Guys and Gals would interchange guns
for the timed shoots, and get some more experience and nobody ever got hurt
obviously. I used to shoot .22 with Very Black Glasses at night...I always
wear tinted lenses...
When they upgraded to a higher caliber than .22 like what they use in
most ranges still, before it was called IPSC, I sort of temporarily dropped
out
since I am not much on reloading brass, and a .22 can handle all the pilons
and
paper I use.
