 Even better robbing the politician who runs our government namely Mr. 
 Martin would be even easier. I went to one of the government web site 
 and found to my amazement that they are ROUNDING OUT THE NUMBERS. I 
 seem to recall all those years ago when my employer was doing this 
 depriving people of their cents (sense) as he always went against the 
 employee. It was said not that much later how many millions or maybe 
 even billions of dollars were perhaps taken by hackers that discovered 
 this little quirk of software of capitalized on it. Funny that this is 
 now what the finance department is doing and actually posting it. 
 Makes me worry somewhat....
