 Aspirin is a "curative" medicine. It has a use and its use is 
 sometimes to stop pain.  You can't stop pain with a gun. A gun has no 
 use other than to kill or maim and create lots of pain. It's like a 
 knife has a use , actually a lot of uses.  One of its uses is that you 
 can peel a potato with it.  But, you cannot peel a potato with a gun. 
 A gun has no uses.
