 Actually the schools now ARE teaching that.  Well I can't say ALL are but 
 the last two that my children went to talk very much about social 
 responsibilty and what comes with being socially responsible.  On the other 
 hand, don't you think a topic like theft is something that should first and 
 foremost be taught at home?  Sure if the school will talk about it great, 
 but I think it is the parents who should be teaching their children between 
 right and wrong.
