How about how they have a sign at the customer service counter(where you're
supposed to leave your bag(s)) that says, "We are not responsible for items
lost or stolen"(!!) Which basically says, "We've given our employees carte
blanche to root through your stuff and take anything they like -- it beats
giving them real benefits that __WE__ have to pay for!"

*LOL* Way to stand up for yourself! That's all that's needed -- not to
accept
their simplistic(and strictly-self-concerned) version of things, by enough
of
us, and they'll stop it!
Considering it's NOT lowering prices at all by having this policy, I fail to
see the value in it, except to them, as an experiment in customer
maniupulation/control ("how far can we go with these sheeple?")
