 About 9% of the 25 million or so non french and 45 % of the 6 million or 
 so francos are supposed to be bilingual. That's hardly a bilingual 
 country and it never will be bilingual.That's what I know. 
  
 If Trudeau had not rewrote the constitution act of 1982 to make French 
 an official language and the federal government bilingual, we would still 
 have a fairly decent country. The majority (The 25 million non french.) 
 would not now be saddled with this french language (for ever) in order 
 to have any sort of a career in anything federal.

 was to look after "all Canadians" and not screw Canada's majority
