 I think that if bilingualism is to be applied in Canada it should be 
 applied equally in all provinces, not just everyone except Quebec. 
 . 
 They treat Anglos in Quebec as Second class citizens and you are forced 
   to have French only signs, most don't have the option to go to English 
 only schools in Quebec, etc. 
 Yet there is that option for all Canadians attend school in either 
 language in the rest of Canada. 
 The rest of Canada shouldn't have to bow down to one province as if they 
 are running the country. 
  
 Then they wonder why there is so much hatred for the French. 
 I'm sure that we can find a boat big enough to ship them all off to
