 Well sure! That's what Trudeau wanted and that's what he got. He ordered 
 27% of 
 his frenchmen into every officer level in the forces regardless of their 
 qualifications.  General Dextraze was ashamed of what Trudeau had done to 
 the 
 military. And that is a documented fact. 
  
 In case you didn't know General Dextraze was one of Canada's finest soldiers 
 and 
 a French Canadian at that.   I served proudly under him. 
  
 The Fucking frenchmen were almost invisible when the real shooting and dying 
 had 
 to be done. "Oh we do not want to join an english speaking army!!   Yes 
 sure we 
 know all about our history and the french. To bad you hadn't picked up a
