 Job Description: 
 € Perform Material receipt and Inspection 
 € Technical and Quality Inspection. Including first level QCA (Quality 
 Control 
 Assurance) safety critical items 
 € Discrepancy resolution with both customers and suppliers 
 € Technical assessment and advice on customer queries relating to materials 
 supplied 
 € Assist in warehouse activity both in-house and at dispersed locations 
 € Preparation of Materials for shipment to DND/ Suppliers/ Agents 
 € Preparation of all supply related documentation 
 € Use of motorized and manual material handling equipment 
 € Adherence to DND procedures relating to Materials 
  
 Mandatory Qualifications: 
 € Two (2) years experience in interpretation of Technical Drawings & 
 Documentation 
 € Understanding of Technical drawings and documentation 
 € Flexible in undertaking different and diverse tasks 
 € High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in work undertaken 
 € Able to work under your own initiative as well as part of the wider team 
 € Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills 
  
  
 Desirable Qualifications: 
 € Experience working with first level QCA (Quality Control Assurance) safety 
 critical components 
 € Experienced in the inspection and handling of first level QCA (Quality 
 Control Assurance) safety critical 
 items 
 € Experience working with PWGSC and/or in the Defence Industry an asset 
  
 Education Requirements: 
 € Post secondary education with technical background
