 I urge you to use McNeills in Tyne Valley as opposed to Kennys in Ellerslie. 
 The service has been downhill since the new owners took over. 
 My mom placed an order and was told that they would let them 
 know when it was ready. So after waiting 1/2 hour in her car 
 nothing. When she went back inside to inquire about it "oops we 
 forgot about you" was the answer she got. 
 So she went home, now my dad gets on the phone and calls and was 
 told that "because of the mixup, they would deliver the dinner to their 
 house right away". 
 Well after about 3/4 of an hour goes by, nothing. 
 He calls back again and was hung up on when he asked where their meal was. 
 Heres the thing that pisses me off, all they had to do was say sorry and 
 we'll fix things. But no that would of been to easy. 
 My dads 74 years old, had a stroke last year, so he's pretty much 
 housebound. He don't need that kind of disrespect. 
 I plan on bringing this to the managers attention next time I get over 
 that way. I would like anyone who reads this and frequents Kennys or 
 knows the new managers that they had seen this and it's posted here and 
 will be posted in anyplace I can untill this matter is taken care of. 
 I'm not whining or crying, I was brought up to respect people and man up 
 when I've made a mistake. Too bad everyone else don't do the same.
