 The TARDIS lands deep within the London Underground. 
 The Doctor (Second Doctor) and companions Jamie and Victoria 
 find themselves  embroiled  in  a  struggle  against  the  Yeti, 
 savage  snow creatures  controlled  by  the  incorporeal 
  Great Intelligence.  The  narrative  focuses  on  the  Doctor's 
  attempts  to  expose  the  Great Intelligence  and  protect 
  London  from  its  invasion.
