 In *"The Girl Who Waited"*, the Doctor and Rory race to rescue Amy, who's 
 trapped in a hospital facility in an accelerated time stream. The episode 
 poignantly explores love, patience, and sacrifice as Rory confronts the 
 heartbreaking reality of an older, changed Amy. The moral tension 
 and emotional stakes are high, with Karen Gillan delivering a standout 
  performance. While introspective, the episode's pacing is a bit slow. 
  
  Overall, it's a heartfelt story on love and loss. 
  I'd rate it 9/10 for its emotional depth and unique premise.
