 In *"The Lodger"*, the Doctor poses as a human to solve a mystery in a 
 shared 
 flat, forming an odd but humorous bond with roommate Craig. The alien 
 subplot 
 is interesting but takes a back seat to character-driven comedy and 
 emotional 
 moments, giving the Doctor a unique glimpse of normal human life. Craig and 
 the Doctor's camaraderie adds warmth, balancing humor with suspense. 
  
 Overall, it's a fun, lighthearted episode that offers a fresh narrative 
 twist. 
 I'd rate it 8/10 for its humour and character depth.
