 Callousness is an imperfection. A callous god is an imperfect and evil god.

 Because I don't take up an interest in the Christian God? (note that there 
 are thousands of gods in man's history) 
 Because I don't bow down to the Christian God? 
 Any fool can bow down before another. A wise person checks out all stories 
 and chooses their beliefs carefully. 
  
 Did you check out all the other stories about deities before choosing, or 
 did you just say "yep, this bible says it's the word of the one true God so 
 I'm in"  ?
