Heh heh.It's tempting to agree with you,but that's a pretty broad
generalization.While it's true many performers in the entertainment industry
seem to be more famous for their looks than brain power,"celebrity" is a
pretty broad term that could mean anybody in the public eye-from Stephen
Hawking,Kofi Anan and Jk Rowling to Paris"Braindead " Hilton and the dopes
on Survivor.But I do agree with you that certainly it's easier & easier for
people with absolutely no talent or intelligence to become famous these
days.Whatever happened to wanting to be be famous for something
worthwhile,rather than notoriety as a goal in itself? And God help me,if I
see one more "reality" show(I refuse to watch them any more) I'll lose my
lunch.
