 I don't think Babeester Gor used it - Gorgorma is a Kralorelan/Solar 
 goddess, counterpart to Dendara and not really connected to the Six 
 Earth Goddesses (who have light and dark aspects of Maiden,Mother and 
 Crone) . 
  
 Plus, Babs was virginal, I believe (the dark side counterpart to Voria, 
 Spring Virgin). She did, however, have a massive axe so imagine her 
 method would be to lop off the offending part(s), and I believe hanging 
 them from her axe is mentioned in the text somewhere.
