 So far nobody called all muslims terrorist, everybody is saying that all 
 terrorists are muslims (hard to prove them wrong). 
 Terrorists are just the front line. Necesseraly it must have to be somebody 
 in the back who support them, they can be a government(s) of some nation(s) 
 (other than those you mention above), or "religious" communities.  Not an 
 easy game at all. 
  
 The root (and location) of the problem is in the fact that Arabs possess 
 only 99% of the land in the Middle East and the "greedy" Israeli as much as 
 1%.  The Arabs are not happy with that.  Everything (terrorism) follow from 
 that, including the religion mess.
