 Actually, they were created by "Zeloboth", patron saint of corrections 
 officers. 
  
 There is now a kit which is similar to the "do it yourself 
 will/divorce/patent/etc". It's the "do it yourself prison". You get all the 
 neccesary forms needed to incarcerate smoeone, as well as lumber, hardware 
 and blueprints needed to construct cells and weight rooms. You even get 
 crowd control items such as tear gas, taser stun gun, and an M-14 carbine 
 rifle. 
  
 An idea inspired by the pioneering work of corrections missionaries to
